Sapphire Engagement Rings

Hey- I’ve been deciding on an engagement ring, and am looking for a platinum engagement ring with a sapphire stone. The sapphire can be lab created- all the websites I’ve found only offer sapphire in white gold, but I would prefer platinum because white gold fades into yellow over time. Are there any good jewelry stores that offer sapphires and platinum together, or any custom-ring sites that would mix platinum and sapphires? (I can only find platinum when you’re buying a diamond.) Thanks a lot!

I have a round princess diana engagement ring and I cant get a simple wedding band, it looks silly..inserts are the best but I can not find one that fits it!

Im looking to find an engement ring with a sapphire and a ruby stone. Anyone know where to find sumthin like this? thank u!

Look for a "Mother’s Ring": these are rings that are custom made to contain the birthstone of each of a mother’s children. They are made for any number of children, so if you find some for two children, they will have settings for two major coloured stones, either with or without diamond shoulder stones. Has a wide range of sapphires and colors. I don’t know any place that I haven’t gone through or know it is legit, to offer.

but you can go to local stores and ask them too. If you want to visit Israel diamonds store, there is one in Oklahoma City, I know that. Stores buy out from Israel, then higher the price. Buying directly from them, saves money.

My husband custom made my med blue heart sapphire engagement ring.

We are saving for my real wedding ring; however, I have a butterfly one in the mean time as I keep my engagement ring in safe keeping.

I will be on vacation and plan to swim in the ocean quite a bit. Would it be a problem to wear the ring in the ocean?

If it makes a difference, it is an un-heated sapphire.

Salt water will not hurt the sapphire or the white gold. However, I would not advise swimming in the ocean wearing any valuable ring – fingers tend to get smaller when exposed to colder temperatures. There’s a chance that your ring could fall off of your finger while you’re in the ocean. I wouldn’t do it!
